BrandWell grew out of Content at Scale. The earlier name described the company’s focus on content production; BrandWell reflects the wider growth workflow the platform now supports.
This page retains the story of that transition and explains the current products. The original launch recording and historical offers belong to their publication period. They do not establish today’s pricing, allowances or available integrations.
Why the name changed
In the original launch recording, the team explains that its intended scope had expanded beyond producing content. The rebrand expressed that broader direction. The recording is a historical statement of product vision, not a guarantee of business results.
Content remains an important part of BrandWell. The current platform also includes topic-based buyer research, website audiences and tools for preparing and carrying approved work into configured growth processes.
Where the content workflow lives today
RankWell is the content workflow within BrandWell. Begin with the reader, purpose and evidence. Review the draft alongside its search preview, recommendations, media and sources before approving publication.
The Content Hub organizes article work, strategy, queue and calendar tasks. An article’s presence in the workspace is not the same as editorial approval. Verify the complete text and configured publishing destination before release.

Legacy Content at Scale package names, article credits, trial terms and old interface demonstrations should not be used to infer current product access. Check the current offer for the work you need.
Start with the growth job you need to complete
The platform’s products serve different parts of a growth process. Scope them around the actual task rather than assuming that every capability is included in one allowance.
- Visibility: investigate keyword opportunities.
- RankWell: prepare and review content.
- MarketPulse: research topics and available matching audiences.
- TrafficID: review identified website visitors, with coverage that varies.
- SocialStreams: support social-content work.
- Automations: configure follow-up processes and their owners.
- AIMEE: help prepare and carry approved work through configured tools and permissions.
Confirm the actual integration, usage and approval requirements for the project. A product name or generated plan does not prove that every downstream action is already configured.
Connect research, review and the next step
In an original hypothetical IT-services workflow, the team investigates a buyer question, gathers evidence and prepares a guide. The reviewer checks the provider’s actual capabilities before publication. Topic research or website activity may inform a separate account-review task.
A topic match is not proof of purchase readiness, and an identified visitor is not permission for every outreach channel. The owner checks fit, relevant context and the proposed use before preparing a conversation.
AIMEE and configured workflows can help carry the approved work forward. Keep the evidence, reviewer and destination clear so the team can distinguish research, prepared work, approval and completion.
What to verify when choosing a current plan
MarketPulse intent-data plans start at $250/month. This is the starting price for MarketPulse, not a blanket price for every product, content allowance or connected service.
Review current pricing and product details for the selected capabilities, usage, exports and additional services. An eligible early-access offer has its own terms and window; it is separate from the standard public plans.
Do not use the historical launch’s trial, unchanged-pricing statement or expanded allowances as a current purchase promise. Use the actual offer shown for your account and project.
The practical lesson from the transition
Define the output and the next action before generating more work. A content process should make useful, supported material available to the right reader. A growth process also needs appropriate research, clear ownership and verified completion.
In an original hypothetical project, three articles are drafted, two pass review and one awaits source evidence. Report two approved articles and one unresolved task. The broader workflow does not remove that distinction or promise that publishing the articles will produce sales.
Use the current BrandWell portal for the products configured for your account. The BrandWell product reference provides another route to the company’s current product descriptions.
