BrandWell MarketPulse is a fit for businesses and agencies that want to find people researching topics relevant to what they sell, narrow the available audience with their ideal customer profile and review the next useful action. It is most useful when someone owns the research and follow-up process.
It is not a guarantee of leads, meetings or sales, and a research signal is not proof that a person is ready to buy. Start with a relevant topic and a manageable workflow rather than purchasing capacity without a plan to use it.
What MarketPulse provides
In MarketPulse, search the topic catalog, apply your ICP filters and review available people, company information and contact fields. An Intent Scan retrieves available data from the previous 24 hours. Audience sizes and fields vary, and topic audiences can overlap.

Use the available information as a starting point for qualification. Check whether the topic, role, company and geography fit your offer before choosing a next step. A contact field does not establish permission for every outreach or advertising channel.
Standard MarketPulse plans are starting at $500/mo
MarketPulse plans are starting at $500/mo. Verify current package scope and offers on the product page.
| Plan | Topic coverage | Monthly exports |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 topic, weekly refresh | 25,000 contacts |
| Growth | 3 topics, daily refresh | 100,000 contacts |
| Scale | 10 topics, daily refresh | Unlimited contacts |
Swipe the table to see all columns.
Using all included topics daily provides 90 Growth pulls or 300 Scale pulls in a 30-day month. Starter’s weekly pull count varies with the calendar. Counts and available fields depend on the topic and filters; additional pulls do not guarantee a fixed number of unique prospects.
Growth and Scale include AIMEE for the initial user. It helps research and carry out work through configured tools and account permissions. Other products, channel usage and fulfillment may have separate costs. Any eligible early-access discount is a separate, time-limited offer; the table above shows standard prices.
Workflows that can be a good fit
A business prioritizing relevant prospect research
An IT services business, software company or other seller can use a relevant topic and ICP to identify records worth reviewing. The next step might be account research or an approved outreach task. Assign an owner who can distinguish a plausible match from a poor fit.
An agency improving its client’s market research
A marketing agency can use available Intent Scans to understand relevant research activity and prepare client work. Define the market, deliverable and review cadence. Where your agreement permits sharing or resale, explain the scope and data rights to the client and keep client-specific work separated.
A service business can also recommend clients to BrandWell. An eligible client can receive the early-access offer shown to them. Do not promise a permanent discount or an entitlement that is not part of the client’s actual offer.
A team connecting research to content and follow-up
MarketPulse can inform the questions your market is researching. RankWell supports the content brief, draft and review. Automations and AIMEE can help move configured work to its next step. Check the tools and permissions available in your purchased setup.
When the workflow is a poor fit
- You need every buyer or visitor identified.
- Your offer depends on a guaranteed number of replies or customers.
- You cannot find a relevant topic or useful audience with your required filters.
- No one has time to review the records or act on the research.
- You require a native white-label portal, public API or automatic ad-audience upload that has not been confirmed in your scope.
- You expect an intent-data subscription to include all client billing, support and campaign execution.
MarketPulse topic research and TrafficID website visitor identification serve different questions. Do not assume purchasing one includes the other. If you want to understand traffic to your own site, review TrafficID’s current coverage, setup and plan separately.
Test fit with one clearly defined use case
- Define the market: Write the product or service, target roles, company traits and relevant geography.
- Choose a topic: Check its meaning against your offer instead of relying only on the label.
- Apply the ICP: Examine how your filters affect the available audience.
- Review a sample: Note relevant, uncertain and unsuitable records. Check which fields are actually present.
- Name the action: Decide who will research, approve or follow up and through which permitted workflow.
- Record outcomes: Track accepted records, action taken and results separately.
For an original example, an IT services team reviews 100 available records and accepts 40 for account research. That is 40% acceptance under its own criteria, not a universal accuracy score. If only ten of those records receive a follow-up action, that is an execution gap to investigate before asking for more data. This example is not a BrandWell result.
Keep expectations and permissions clear
BrandWell’s Privacy Policy describes variable coverage and fields and explains that customers remain responsible for their own notices, permissions and use of information. Review the actual purpose, channel and agreement before sharing or activating data.
Tell clients what a research signal can and cannot show. Do not describe inferred interest as a request for contact or label every matched person a sales-ready lead. Keep the source context and review notes needed to explain the decision.
The first-purchase three-day satisfaction guarantee requires no data exports and no more than two Intent Scans. Review the current terms before testing. A short evaluation can establish whether the topic and workflow fit; it cannot prove future revenue.
Agency-fit questions
Is MarketPulse only for agencies?
No. Businesses can use it for their own market research and growth workflow. Agencies and other service businesses can also use available capacity for client work within their purchased scope and permissions.
Does Scale guarantee more unique prospects?
Scale provides more topic capacity and unlimited exports. Audience sizes, contact fields and overlap still vary. Choose the tier for the coverage and usage you need, not an assumed fixed lead count.
Is a branded client portal included?
Do not infer that from an intent-data plan. Confirm any special delivery, branding or client-access requirement before including it in your service.
What is the next step?
