What this workflow does

Every month BrandWell reads each competitor's pricing page, recent news and reviews, and AI rewrites the battlecard: positioning, pricing, recent moves, top complaints, landmines and talk tracks. Sales gets it by email.

Why it works. Battlecards go stale within a quarter, and stale ones lose deals; a monthly rewrite from live sources keeps them trusted.

Runs on its own. It only emails your team.

How it works

It starts: On the 1st of every month, for each competitor.

  1. 1

    Has pricing url?

If yes, it goes on to "Read their pricing page". If no, it stops for that person.

  2. 2

    Read their pricing page

Runs a BrandWell data job and returns the result.

  3. 3

Read news from the last 30 days

Looks for company news, hiring, funding and technology changes.

  4. 4

    Read their latest reviews

Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.

  5. 5

    Rewrite the battlecard

AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.

  6. 6

    Save the battlecard

Saves what was found onto the record.

  7. 7

    Email the battlecard to sales

Emails a teammate with the details.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • An audience of competitors
  • Competitor pricing pages
  • Competitor review pages

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.33 typical per 100 competitors, up to $2.95

Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
