What this workflow does

Every month BrandWell data reads each competitor's new App Store and Google Play reviews. AI lists the features people ask for, the bugs they hit and which of those you already solve, and RankWell gets a comparison brief.

Why it works. App reviews are a free, constant feed of what a competitor's users wish it did, which is exactly what your product and pages should answer.

Runs on its own. Briefs are saved, nothing is published.

How it works

It starts: On the 9th of every month, for each competitor.

  1. 1

    Has app store id?

If yes, it goes on to "Read new App Store reviews". If no, it stops for that person.

  2. 2

    Read new App Store reviews

Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.

  3. 3

    Read new Google Play reviews

Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.

  4. 4

List requests, bugs and your answers

AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.

  5. 5

    Brief a comparison page

Creates a content brief in RankWell.

  6. 6

    Email product and marketing

Emails a teammate with the details.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • RankWell in your BrandWell plan
  • RankWell connected to WordPress
  • An audience of competitors
  • Competitor app listings

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Assumes RankWell is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.0080 typical per 100 review pages, up to $0.040

Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
