The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
When someone at an account with an open deal views your pricing page, it adds a note to the CRM and gives the deal owner a same-day follow-up task.
Why it works. A pricing visit mid-deal usually means the buyer is building a business case, and that is when a rep can help most.
CRM notes write automatically. Nothing is sent to buyers.
How it works
It starts: When an identified visitor views a page.
- 1

If yes, it goes on to "Has an open deal?". If no, it stops for that person.
- 2

- 3

- 4

Creates a follow-up task for the right person.
