Make sure every new article gets indexed

The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
Four days after RankWell publishes an article, Search Console checks whether Google indexed it. If not, you get an email with the reason and suggested pages to link from.
Why it works. An article that is not indexed earns nothing, and internal links plus a resubmission usually fix it within days.
Runs on its own. It only emails your team.
How it works
It starts: When an article is published to WordPress.
- 1
Wait four days
Waits for the time you set before the next step.
- 2
Inspect the URL in Search Console
Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.
- 3
Indexed?
If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Suggest pages to link from".
- 4
Suggest pages to link from
AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.
- 5
Email you the fix
Emails a teammate with the details.
What you need
- Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
- RankWell in your BrandWell plan
- Google Search Console
- RankWell connected to WordPress
What it costs
Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.
- Assumes RankWell is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
- Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.
Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.
