What this workflow does

Every month BrandWell data reads the Google results for each topic, including People also ask. AI groups the questions by intent, drops the ones you already answer, and emails you the rest.

Why it works. Question keywords map straight to sections, FAQs and AI answer snippets, and they show what buyers are confused about.

Runs on its own. It only emails your team.

How it works

It starts: On the 1st of every month, for each topic.

  1. 1

Read the Google results and questions

Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.

  2. 2

    Group the questions by intent

AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.

  3. 3

    Already answered?

If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Email you the open questions".

  4. 4

    Email you the open questions

Emails a teammate with the details.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • RankWell in your BrandWell plan

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Assumes RankWell is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.0001 typical per run, up to $0.0002

Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
