The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
Every week BrandWell maps each competitor's site and AI lists the pages that are new since last week by type. New comparison pages trigger a RankWell brief for your answer, and you get the full list by email.
Why it works. New landing, comparison and pricing pages reveal where a competitor is about to push, before the campaign starts.
Runs on its own. Briefs are saved, nothing is published.
How it works
It starts: Every Sunday at 8:00 PM, for each competitor.
- 1
Map their site
Runs a BrandWell data job and returns the result.
- 2
Find the new pages
AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.
- 3
Any new pages?
If yes, it goes on to "Remember the current pages". If no, it stops for that person.
- 4
Remember the current pages
Saves what was found onto the record.
- 5
New comparison pages?
If yes, it goes on to "Brief your answer page". If no, it goes on to "Email you the new pages".
- 6

- 7
Email you the new pages
Emails a teammate with the details.
What you need

- RankWell in your BrandWell plan
- RankWell connected to WordPress
- An audience of competitors
What it costs
Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.
- Assumes RankWell is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
- Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.
$0.19 typical per 100 competitor checks, up to $1.00
Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.
Data partners
Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
