What this workflow does

Every month BrandWell data reads each competitor's new employee reviews. When AI sees signs of layoffs, support cuts or leadership churn that could hurt their customers, the record is updated and sales hears about it in Slack.

Why it works. Trouble inside a competitor shows up in employee reviews months before their customers feel it, which is your window.

Runs on its own. It only posts to your team.

How it works

It starts: On the 10th of every month, for each competitor.

  1. 1

    Read new employee reviews

Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.

  2. 2

    Look for turmoil

AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.

  3. 3

    Could it hurt their customers?

If yes, it goes on to "Save the signal on the record". If no, it stops for that person.

  4. 4

Save the signal on the record

Saves what was found onto the record.

  5. 5

    Tell sales in Slack

Posts a message to your team chat.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • Slack
  • An audience of competitors

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$9.98 typical per 100 reviews, up to $9.98

Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
