This is the workflow BrandWell builds on your canvas when you add it. You can change any step.

What this workflow does

Every week BrandWell data reads new reviews of each competitor. AI keeps reviewers who sound ready to switch, BrandWell enriches the ones who name their company, and they are saved to an audience while the team gets the reviews in Slack.

Why it works. A customer who just wrote an angry review has told you the exact pain your pitch should solve.

Runs on its own. It builds a list and sends nothing.

How it works

It starts: Every Monday at 8:00 AM, for each competitor.

  1. 1

    Has review url?

If yes, it goes on to "Read their newest reviews". If no, it stops for that person.

  2. 2

    Read their newest reviews

Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.

  3. 3

    Find reviewers ready to switch

AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.

  4. 4

    Named their company?

If yes, it goes on to "Enrich the reviewer". If no, it goes on to "Anyone ready to switch?".

  5. 5

    Enrich the reviewer

Adds the person's role and profile details.

  6. 6

    Save them to an audience

Saves the people to an audience you can use anywhere.

  7. 7

    Anyone ready to switch?

If yes, it goes on to "Share the reviews in Slack". If no, it stops for that person.

  8. 8

    Share the reviews in Slack

Posts a message to your team chat.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • Slack
  • An audience of competitors
  • Competitor review pages

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.41 typical per 100 reviews, up to $50.20

Free sources and LeadFuze data run first. Paid lookups only fill the rest, and misses are free on most sources. Estimates use current customer prices.
