What this workflow does
When someone at a deal or customer account researches your topic, it alerts the deal owner and, when the person is not in your CRM yet, adds them with an intent note.
Why it works. Owners hear about heat on their own deals the day it happens, and new stakeholders reach the CRM without anyone copying them by hand.
Nothing is sent to buyers. Owners get an email, and CRM writes happen automatically.
How it works
It starts: When a researcher matches a deal or customer.
- 1
Is the owner a teammate?
If yes, it goes on to "Email the deal owner". If no, it goes on to "Is the deal read from a CRM connection?".
- 2
Email the deal owner
Emails a teammate with the details.

- 4

- 5
Already in your CRM?
If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Suppressed?".
- 6
Suppressed?
If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Is the deal read from a CRM connection?".
- 7
Is the deal read from a CRM connection?
