The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
Checks each number on your call list for a valid format and line type. Bad numbers get a fresh search for a working mobile; people with no working number leave the list.
Why it works. Dead numbers waste rep time and dial capacity, and a quick check keeps the call list honest.
Nothing is sent, so nothing waits for approval.
How it works
It starts: When someone joins your call list, or check the whole list now.
- 1
Has a mobile number?
If yes, it goes on to "Check the number". If no, it goes on to "Find a working mobile".
- 2
Check the number
Runs a BrandWell data job and returns the result.
- 3
Valid?
If yes, it goes on to "Add to Ready to dial". If no, it goes on to "Find a working mobile".
- 4
Add to Ready to dial
Saves the people to an audience you can use anywhere.
- 5
Find a working mobile
Finds a direct or mobile number when you need one.
- 6
Found one?
If yes, it goes on to "Add to Ready to dial". If no, it goes on to "Remove from the call list".
- 7
Add to Ready to dial
Saves the people to an audience you can use anywhere.
- 8
Remove from the call list
Removes the people from the audience.
What you need
- Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
What it costs
Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.
- Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.
$0.74 typical per 100 numbers checked, up to $9.51
Free sources and LeadFuze data run first. Paid lookups only fill the rest, and misses are free on most sources. Estimates use current customer prices.
Data partners
Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
