The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
Each month it archives leads with no activity in 180 days who have not replied, visited or researched your topic, and have no deal. They leave active audiences and move to an archive you can restore.
Why it works. Smaller, active audiences mean cheaper data steps, cleaner reports and sequences that reach people who might still buy.
Nothing is sent.
How it works
It starts: On the 1st of each month at 4:00 AM, or run on an audience now.
- 1

If yes, it goes on to "Replied in 180 days?". If no, it stops for that person.
- 2

- 3

- 4

- 5
