What this workflow does

Each week, puts every target account into Tier 1 (researching and visiting), Tier 2 (one of the two) or Tier 3 (fit only), moves it between the tier audiences, and alerts the owner the first time an account reaches Tier 1.

Why it works. Tiers built from live signals tell sales and marketing where to spend this week, not where they planned to spend last quarter.

Nothing is sent outside your team, so nothing waits for approval.

How it works

It starts: Every Monday, for each target account, or when an account joins your target list.

  1. 1

    Fits your ICP?

If yes, it goes on to "Researching your topic?". If no, it stops for that person.

  2. 2

    Researching your topic?

If yes, it goes on to "And visited in the last 14 days?". If no, it goes on to "Visited in the last 14 days?".

  4. 4

Visited in the last 14 days?
