What this workflow does

Each week, finds the stakeholders at target accounts that are not fully mapped, has AI label each person as economic buyer, champion, evaluator or end user, and saves the committee. When an economic buyer turns up, the owner hears about it.

Why it works. Deals stall without the economic buyer, and mapping the committee early lets you multi-thread before a competitor does.

Nothing is sent outside your team, so nothing waits for approval.

How it works

It starts: Every Tuesday, for each target account, or when an account joins your target list.

  1. 1

    Economic buyer already on record?

If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Find stakeholders (LeadFuze, included)".

  2. 2

    Find stakeholders (LeadFuze, included)

Finds the decision makers at the company visiting your site.

  3. 3

    Label each person's buying role

AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.

  4. 4

Save the role on the person

Saves what was found onto the record.

  5. 5

    Part of the committee?

If yes, it goes on to "Add to Buying committees". If no, it stops for that person.

  6. 6

    Add to Buying committees

Saves the people to an audience you can use anywhere.

  7. 7

    Economic buyer?

If yes, it goes on to "Record the economic buyer on the account". If no, it stops for that person.

  8. 8

Record the economic buyer on the account

Saves what was found onto the record.

  9. 9

    Tell the account owner

AIMEE tells the right person, with the context they need.
