What this workflow does

Every week Search Console inspects each important page. Any page Google has not indexed is emailed to you with the reason.

Why it works. A page Google has not indexed cannot rank or be cited, and the cause is usually quick to fix once you know.

Runs on its own. It only emails your team.

How it works

It starts: Every Monday at 7:00 AM, for each page.

  1. 1

Inspect the page in Search Console

Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.

  2. 2

    Indexed?

If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Email you the page and the reason".

  3. 3

Email you the page and the reason

Emails a teammate with the details.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • Google Search Console

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.
