What this workflow does
When a contact joins an outreach audience, AI fixes first names written in all caps, initials or with extra words. Names it cannot fix are flagged so templates fall back to a neutral greeting.
Why it works. 'Hi JOHN' or 'Hi J.' tells the reader the email was automated before they reach the second line.
Nothing is sent.
How it works
It starts: When someone joins your outreach audience, or when a contact is created in Outreach.
- 1
Has a first name?
If yes, it goes on to "Clean the first name". If no, it goes on to "Use a neutral greeting".
- 2
Clean the first name
Asks AIMEE a question about each record and saves the answer.
- 3
Usable name?
If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Use a neutral greeting".
- 4
Use a neutral greeting
Saves what was found onto the record.
What you need
- AIMEE in your BrandWell plan
- An audience
What it costs
Uses what is already in your plan. Nothing is charged per result.
- Assumes AIMEE is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
- Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.
