What this workflow does

Finds companies that run a competitor's tool, keeps the ones that fit your ICP and are not already on your list, and saves the people you sell to there.

Why it works. Companies already paying for a competitor have budget and a known problem, so a better offer lands with people who understand it.

Nothing is sent, so nothing waits for approval.

How it works

It starts: Every Wednesday at 6:00 AM, or run it now.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • MarketPulse in your BrandWell plan
  • A saved ideal customer profile
  • Your competitors

What it costs

Lead Database contacts are included on the all-in-one, Lead Database and MarketPulse Growth and Scale plans. Without one they are $0.02 each from your Workflow Wallet.

  • Assumes plan with MarketPulse intent data enabled. Subscription fees are separate. Pulls use your plan allowance; extra pulls cost more unless explicitly included below.
  • The lower estimate applies with the unlimited Lead Database. Included data remains subject to the applicable plan allowance and fair use.
  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.20 typical per 100 companies with the unlimited Lead Database, up to $4.79

$0.28 otherwise, per 100 companies, up to $5.02

Priced for one person per company. Each extra person typically adds about $0.02 per 100 companies, and up to $2.00 if the Lead Database supplies every contact.

Free sources and LeadFuze data run first. Paid lookups only fill the rest, and misses are free on most sources. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
