What this workflow does

When an email bounces, stops the sequence and checks whether the person changed jobs. Movers go to a Changed jobs audience; people still at the company get a fresh verified address and are re-enrolled after you approve.

Why it works. A bounce often means a new address or a new job, and both are worth more than a dead contact.

Re-enrollment waits for your approval.

How it works

It starts: When an email bounces.

  1. 1

    Stop the sequence

Stops the sequence so no one is contacted twice.

  2. 2

    Check whether they changed jobs

Adds the person's role and profile details.

  3. 3

    Changed companies?

If yes, it goes on to "Mark the job change". If no, it goes on to "Find a working address at the same company".

  4. 4

    Mark the job change

Saves what was found onto the record.

  5. 5

Find a working address at the same company

Fills a missing work email, trying included data first and paid sources only to fill the rest.

  6. 6

    Add to Changed jobs

Saves the people to an audience you can use anywhere.

  7. 7

    Found a verified address?

If yes, it goes on to "Re-enroll with the new address". If no, it stops for that person.

  8. 8

Re-enroll with the new address Waits for your OK

Adds eligible contacts to your Outreach campaign, after your approval when it is required.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • Outreach in your BrandWell plan
  • An Outreach campaign

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Assumes Outreach is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.26 typical per 100 contacts, up to $10.00

Free sources and LeadFuze data run first. Paid lookups only fill the rest, and misses are free on most sources. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
