What this workflow does

When someone joins an audience that feeds Outreach, it checks whether they already have an open deal or are active in another campaign. If so, they are pulled from the audience with the reason noted.

Why it works. Two reps or two sequences hitting one person is the fastest way to earn a complaint.

Nothing is sent.

How it works

It starts: When someone joins your outreach audience, or when a contact is created in Outreach.

  1. 1

    Has an open deal?

If yes, it goes on to "Pull from the audience". If no, it goes on to "Active in another campaign?".

  2. 2

    Active in another campaign?

If yes, it goes on to "Pull from the audience". If no, it stops for that person.

  3. 3

    Pull from the audience

Removes the people from the audience.

  4. 4

    Note why

Saves what was found onto the record.
