What this workflow does
When someone joins an audience that feeds Outreach, it verifies their email unless it was checked in the last 30 days. Invalid and unknown addresses are pulled from the audience and tagged.
Why it works. Verifying at the door is cheaper than cleaning up after bounces damage a mailbox.
Nothing is sent.
How it works
It starts: When someone joins your outreach audience, or when a contact is created in Outreach.
- 1
Verified in the last 30 days?
If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Verify the email".
- 2
Verify the email
Checks the email is deliverable before anything is sent. Free checks run first.
- 3
Record the result
Saves what was found onto the record.
- 4
Invalid or unknown?
If yes, it goes on to "Pull from the outreach audience". If no, it stops for that person.
- 5
Pull from the outreach audience
Removes the people from the audience.
- 6
Tag as unverified
Tags the contact so you can find and filter them later.
What you need
- Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
- Outreach in your BrandWell plan

- An audience
What it costs
Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.
- Assumes Outreach is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
- Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.
$0.0059 typical per 100 contacts, up to $0.36
Free sources and LeadFuze data run first. Paid lookups only fill the rest, and misses are free on most sources. Estimates use current customer prices.
