What this workflow does

When a mailing run finishes with more failures than you allow, it pauses the campaign and tells the team in Slack and by email so someone checks the list before the next run.

Why it works. A bad list or creative problem repeats every run until someone looks, so pausing early protects the budget.

Nothing is sent. The campaign pauses and the team is told.

How it works

It starts: When a mailing run finishes.

  1. 1

    Failures above your limit?

If yes, it goes on to "Pause the campaign". If no, it stops for that person.

  2. 2

    Pause the campaign

    Pause the campaign.

  3. 3

    Tell the team in Slack

Posts a message to your team chat.

  4. 4

    Email the campaign owner

Emails a teammate with the details.
