The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
Every week Search Console shows the queries where you sit in positions 8 to 20 with real impressions. RankWell refines the page that ranks, or gets a brief if no article targets the query.
Why it works. Moving a query from page two to page one multiplies its clicks, and these pages are already close.
Refinements and drafts are not published until you approve them.
How it works
It starts: Every Monday at 7:00 AM.
- 1
Pull 28 days of query positions
Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.
- 2
Find page-two queries worth pushing
AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.
- 3
Article targets the query?
If yes, it goes on to "Strengthen the ranking article". If no, it goes on to "Create a brief for the query".
- 4
Strengthen the ranking article
Refines the draft article in RankWell.
- 5
Create a brief for the query
Creates a content brief in RankWell.
What you need
- Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
- RankWell in your BrandWell plan
- Google Search Console
- RankWell connected to WordPress
What it costs
Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.
- Assumes RankWell is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
- Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.
Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.
