What this workflow does

Every week BrandWell data reads the Google AI Overview for each money keyword. Where an overview shows and you are not cited, RankWell refines your article with a direct answer or creates a brief.

Why it works. AI Overviews sit above the organic results, so being cited there wins clicks even when you rank lower.

Refinements and drafts are not published until you approve them.

How it works

It starts: Every Tuesday at 6:00 AM, for each keyword.

  1. 1

    Read the AI Overview

Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.

  2. 2

    Check whether you are cited

AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.

  3. 3

    Overview shown without you?

If yes, it goes on to "Have an article for it?". If no, it stops for that person.

  4. 4

    Have an article for it?

If yes, it goes on to "Add a direct answer to your article". If no, it goes on to "Create a brief".

  5. 5

Add a direct answer to your article

Refines the draft article in RankWell.

  6. 6

    Create a brief

Creates a content brief in RankWell.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • RankWell in your BrandWell plan
  • RankWell connected to WordPress
  • Your money keywords

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Assumes RankWell is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.0001 typical per run, up to $0.0002

Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
