The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
When a meeting is canceled, it notes it in the CRM, waits a business day, and if nothing was rebooked AIMEE drafts a friendly email offering two new times for your approval.
Why it works. Most canceled meetings are a scheduling problem, not a lost buyer, and a quick, guilt-free rebook saves the deal.
Rebook emails wait for your approval.
How it works
It starts: When a meeting is rescheduled or canceled.
- 1
Canceled, not rescheduled?
If yes, it goes on to "Note the cancellation". If no, it stops for that person.
- 2
Note the cancellation
Adds or updates the records in your CRM.
- 3
Wait one business day
Waits for the time you set before the next step.
- 4
Rebooked already?
If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Offer two new times".
- 5
Offer two new times Waits for your OK
AIMEE writes the message and sends it only after the required approval.
