What this workflow does

Each week it finds open deals with no activity in three weeks, adds up to three more stakeholders with verified emails to the CRM, and drafts a LinkedIn note from the owner for your approval.

Why it works. Deals with one contact stall when that person goes quiet, and a second or third thread often restarts them.

LinkedIn notes wait for your approval. CRM writes are automatic.

How it works

It starts: Every Monday at 7:00 AM, or run on deals you choose.

  1. 1

    No activity lately?

If yes, it goes on to "Find other stakeholders". If no, it stops for that person.

  2. 2

    Find other stakeholders

Finds the right people at each company.

  3. 3

    Has a work email?

If yes, it goes on to "Add them to the deal in your CRM". If no, it goes on to "Find and verify their email".

  4. 4

    Find and verify their email

Fills a missing work email, trying included data first and paid sources only to fill the rest.

  5. 5

Add them to the deal in your CRM

Adds or updates the records in your CRM.

  6. 6

LinkedIn note from the owner Waits for your OK

AIMEE writes the message and sends it only after the required approval.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • AIMEE in your BrandWell plan
  • Your CRM
  • Pipeline sync

What it costs

Lead Database contacts are included on the all-in-one, Lead Database and MarketPulse Growth and Scale plans. Without one they are $0.02 each from your Workflow Wallet.

  • Assumes AIMEE is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
  • The lower estimate applies with the unlimited Lead Database. Included data remains subject to the applicable plan allowance and fair use.
  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.28 typical per 100 companies with the unlimited Lead Database, up to $9.77

$0.37 otherwise, per 100 companies, up to $10.00

Priced for one person per company. Each extra person typically adds about $0.09 per 100 companies, and up to $2.00 if the Lead Database supplies every contact.

Free sources and LeadFuze data run first. Paid lookups only fill the rest, and misses are free on most sources. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
