Turn Reddit questions into articles

The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
Every week BrandWell data reads new posts in the subreddits your buyers use. AI picks the questions you can answer well, and RankWell gets a brief and a queued article for each one you do not already cover.
Why it works. Real questions in your buyers' own words make articles that match how people search and what AI answers quote.
Articles are queued as drafts. Nothing publishes without you.
How it works
It starts: Every Wednesday at 7:00 AM, for each subreddit.
- 1
Read new posts in the subreddit
Runs a BrandWell data job and returns the result.
- 2
Pick questions you can answer
AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.
- 3
Already covered by an article?
If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Create a brief from the question".
- 4
Create a brief from the question
Creates a content brief in RankWell.
- 5
Queue the article
Queues an article for RankWell to write.
What you need
- Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
- RankWell in your BrandWell plan
- RankWell connected to WordPress
What it costs
Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.
- Assumes RankWell is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
- Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.
$0.0022 typical per run, up to $0.0040
Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.
Data partners
Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
