What this workflow does

Every morning BrandWell data checks yesterday's news for each competitor. Funding, launches, partnerships, leadership changes, layoffs and customer wins are posted to Slack and saved on the record.

Why it works. Hearing competitor news from your own team, before a prospect mentions it, keeps sales credible.

Runs on its own. It only posts to your team.

How it works

It starts: Every day at 7:00 AM, for each competitor.

  1. 1

    Check yesterday's news

Looks for company news, hiring, funding and technology changes.

  2. 2

    Classify the news

AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.

  3. 3

    Worth knowing?

If yes, it goes on to "Post it to Slack". If no, it stops for that person.

  4. 4

    Post it to Slack

Posts a message to your team chat.

  5. 5

    Save the latest news

Saves what was found onto the record.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • Slack
  • An audience of competitors

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.27 typical per 100 companies, up to $1.75

Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
