What this workflow does

Every day, checks news at accounts in your campaigns for layoffs, hiring freezes or restructuring. When it finds one, the account is marked, AIMEE pauses its active sequences, and the owner is told.

Why it works. A cheerful sequence landing the day after layoffs damages your brand, and pausing automatically avoids it without anyone watching the news.

Pausing protects people from messages, so it runs without approval.

How it works

It starts: Every day at 6:00 AM, for each account in your campaigns, or run it now.

  1. 1

    News since yesterday

Looks for company news, hiring, funding and technology changes.

  2. 2

    Layoffs or a hiring freeze?

AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.

  3. 3

    Layoff news?

If yes, it goes on to "Mark the account". If no, it stops for that person.

  4. 4

    Mark the account

Saves what was found onto the record.

  5. 5

    Add to Paused: layoffs

Saves the people to an audience you can use anywhere.

  6. 6

AIMEE pauses active sequences Waits for your OK

AIMEE answers using your own instruction. It waits for your approval first.

  7. 7

    Tell the owner

AIMEE tells the right person, with the context they need.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • AIMEE in your BrandWell plan
  • An Outreach campaign

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Assumes AIMEE is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.27 typical per 100 companies, up to $1.75

Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
