The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
Your own agent, Zapier or Make posts deal changes to your project link. BrandWell stores the deal on the company, adds it to your Pipeline audience, and posts an intent note back when the account is researching your topic.
Why it works. Any CRM works without a native integration, so pipeline matching starts the day you sign up.
Nothing is sent to buyers. Notes go back to your agent.
How it works
It starts: When your agent posts a deal change, or called by your sheet import workflow.
- 1
Store the deal on the company
Saves what was found onto the record.
- 2
Add to your Pipeline audience
Saves the people to an audience you can use anywhere.
- 3
Researching your topic?
If yes, it goes on to "Send the intent note back to your agent". If no, it stops for that person.
- 4
Send the intent note back to your agent
Sends the result to your own system.
What you need
- MarketPulse in your BrandWell plan
- A webhook address
- A MarketPulse topic
What it costs
Uses what is already in your plan. Nothing is charged per result.
- Assumes plan with MarketPulse intent data enabled. Subscription fees are separate. Pulls use your plan allowance; extra pulls cost more unless explicitly included below.
- Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.
