What this workflow does

Every week BrandWell reads each competitor's changelog or release notes page. AI lists what shipped since the last check, the record is updated, and the summary is posted to Slack.

Why it works. Shipped features change what sales should say this week and what product should consider next quarter.

Runs on its own. It only posts to your team.

How it works

It starts: Every Friday at 8:00 AM, for each competitor.

  1. 1

    Has changelog url?

If yes, it goes on to "Read their changelog". If no, it stops for that person.

  2. 2

    Read their changelog

Runs a BrandWell data job and returns the result.

  3. 3

List what shipped since the last check

AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.

  4. 4

    Anything new?

If yes, it goes on to "Remember the latest entry". If no, it stops for that person.

  5. 5

    Remember the latest entry

Saves what was found onto the record.

  6. 6

    Post it to Slack

Posts a message to your team chat.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • Slack
  • An audience of competitors
  • Competitor changelog pages

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.095 typical per 100 page checks, up to $1.00

Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
