This is the workflow BrandWell builds on your canvas when you add it. You can change any step.

What this workflow does

Every morning BrandWell reads each competitor's pricing page, AI compares the plans with the last snapshot, and any change is saved on the competitor record and posted to Slack.

Why it works. A competitor price change changes every open deal where you are compared, so sales needs to know the same day.

Runs on its own. It only posts to your team.

How it works

It starts: Every day at 7:00 AM, for each competitor.

  1. 1

    Has pricing url?

If yes, it goes on to "Read their pricing page". If no, it stops for that person.

  2. 2

    Read their pricing page

Runs a BrandWell data job and returns the result.

  3. 3

    Compare with the last snapshot

AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.

  4. 4

    Anything changed?

If yes, it goes on to "Save the new snapshot". If no, it stops for that person.

  5. 5

    Save the new snapshot

Saves what was found onto the record.

  6. 6

    Post the change to Slack

Posts a message to your team chat.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • Slack
  • An audience of competitors
  • Competitor pricing pages

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.095 typical per 100 page checks, up to $1.00

Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
