What this workflow does

When an AI answer cites a competitor and leaves you out, AI compares the cited sources with your page. If you have an article, RankWell refines it; if not, a brief and a new article are queued.

Why it works. AI answers quote pages that directly answer the prompt, so matching what the cited sources cover is the shortest path back in.

Drafts and refinements are not published until you approve them.

How it works

It starts: When your brand is missing from an answer, or when a competitor is cited in an answer.

    If yes, it goes on to "Refine your article". If no, it goes on to "Create a brief".
