What this workflow does
Two weeks after a deal is won, AI reads the recent conversation. Happy customers get a short personal email from AIMEE asking for a Google review, and unhappy ones go to the owner for a check-in instead.
Why it works. Asking only customers who are already happy, at the moment they feel it, gets more reviews and keeps the bad ones from being invited.
Each review request waits for your approval.
How it works
It starts: When a deal is marked won, or run on a won customer now.
- 1
Deal is won?
If yes, it goes on to "Wait two weeks after the win". If no, it stops for that person.
- 2
Wait two weeks after the win
Waits for the time you set before the next step.
- 3
How does the customer feel?
Sends each record down the path that fits: Happy, it goes on to "Ask for a Google review"; Unsure, it stops for that person; Unhappy, it goes on to "Check in before any review ask".
- 4
Ask for a Google review Waits for your OK
AIMEE writes the message and sends it only after the required approval.
- 5
Check in before any review ask
Creates a follow-up task for the right person.
