Call when a visit follows delivery
When someone visits your site within two weeks of their postcard being delivered, it creates a same-day call task for the owner with the page they viewed, unless a meeting is already booked.

What this workflow does
When someone visits your site within two weeks of their postcard being delivered, it creates a same-day call task for the owner with the page they viewed, unless a meeting is already booked.
Why it works. A call while the postcard is still on the desk and the site is still open converts far better than a call a week later.
Nothing is sent. The owner gets a call task.
How it works
It starts: When a postcard recipient visits your site.
- 1
Postcard delivered in the last 14 days?
If yes, it goes on to "Meeting already booked?". If no, it stops for that person.
- 2
Meeting already booked?
If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Same-day call task for the owner".
- 3
Same-day call task for the owner
Creates a follow-up task for the right person.
- 4
Tag as a postcard visit
Tags the contact so you can find and filter them later.
