The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
Each week it checks CRM contacts not checked in the last month for a job change. When someone has moved, it notes the new role and company in the CRM and stops their sequences.
Why it works. Emailing someone at a company they left wastes sends and looks careless, while the move itself is a fresh opportunity.
CRM notes write automatically. Nothing is sent.
How it works
It starts: Every Monday at 5:00 AM, or run on contacts now.
- 1
Not checked this month?
If yes, it goes on to "Check for a job change". If no, it stops for that person.
- 2
Check for a job change
Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.
- 3
Record the check
Saves what was found onto the record.
- 4
Changed jobs?
If yes, it goes on to "Flag the change in your CRM". If no, it stops for that person.
- 5
Flag the change in your CRM
Adds or updates the records in your CRM.
- 6
Stop sequences to the old address
Stops the sequence so no one is contacted twice.
What you need
- Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
- Outreach in your BrandWell plan
- Your CRM
- An audience
What it costs
Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.
- Assumes Outreach is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
- Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.
$0.61 typical per 100 people checked, up to $3.01
Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.
Data partners
Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
