What this workflow does

When a form comes in, a free check tells whether the email domain is disposable or personal webmail. Disposable sign-ups are marked do-not-email; personal ones get a work email lookup when the company is known.

Why it works. Throwaway emails pollute lists and personal ones hide the account, so sorting them at sign-up keeps scoring and outreach honest.

Nothing is sent.

How it works

It starts: When a form is submitted, or when a tracked form is completed.

  1. 1

Check the email domain for free

Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.

  2. 2

    Disposable?

If yes, it goes on to "Mark do not email". If no, it goes on to "Personal webmail?".

  3. 3

    Mark do not email

Saves what was found onto the record.

  4. 4

    Personal webmail?

If yes, it goes on to "Mark as a personal email". If no, it stops for that person.

  5. 5

    Mark as a personal email

Saves what was found onto the record.

  6. 6

    Company known?

If yes, it goes on to "Find their work email". If no, it stops for that person.

  7. 7

    Find their work email

Fills a missing work email, trying included data first and paid sources only to fill the rest.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • Outreach in your BrandWell plan

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Assumes Outreach is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.031 typical per 100 work emails found, up to $3.00

Free sources and LeadFuze data run first. Paid lookups only fill the rest, and misses are free on most sources. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
