This is the workflow BrandWell builds on your canvas when you add it. You can change any step.

What this workflow does

Each week, checks the users of your past and current customers for job changes. When someone lands at an ICP company that is not already a customer, they are enrolled in a "you used us before" campaign and a deal is opened in your CRM, both after you approve.

Why it works. Former users already know your product works, which makes them the shortest sales cycle you will ever get.

Enrollment and the CRM deal wait for your approval.

How it works

It starts: Every Monday, for each past customer user, or run it now.

  1. 1

    Check for a job change

Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.

  2. 2

    Moved to a new company?

If yes, it goes on to "Record the move". If no, it stops for that person.

  3. 3

    Record the move

Saves what was found onto the record.

  4. 4

Fill the new company's details (LeadFuze first)

Adds company details such as size, industry and website.

  5. 5

    New company fits your ICP?

If yes, it goes on to "Already a customer there?". If no, it goes on to "Save movers outside your ICP".

  6. 6

    Already a customer there?

If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Has a work email?".

  7. 7

    Save movers outside your ICP

Saves the people to an audience you can use anywhere.

  8. 8

    Has a work email?

If yes, it goes on to "Verify before anything is sent". If no, it goes on to "Find the missing work email".

  9. 9

    Find the missing work email

Fills a missing work email, trying included data first and paid sources only to fill the rest.

  10. 10

    Email found?

If yes, it goes on to "Verify before anything is sent". If no, it stops for that person.

  11. 11

    Verify before anything is sent

Checks the email is deliverable before anything is sent. Free checks run first.

  12. 12

    Deliverable?

If yes, it goes on to "Enroll in your alumni campaign". If no, it stops for that person.

  13. 13

Enroll in your alumni campaign Waits for your OK

Adds eligible contacts to your Outreach campaign, after your approval when it is required.

  14. 14

Open a deal in your CRM Waits for your OK

Adds or updates the records in your CRM. It waits for your approval first.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • MarketPulse in your BrandWell plan
  • Outreach in your BrandWell plan
  • An Outreach campaign
  • Your CRM
  • An audience of your customers
  • A saved ideal customer profile

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Assumes plan with MarketPulse intent data enabled. Subscription fees are separate. Pulls use your plan allowance; extra pulls cost more unless explicitly included below.
  • Assumes Outreach is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$1.28 typical per 100 people checked, up to $23.01

Free sources and LeadFuze data run first. Paid lookups only fill the rest, and misses are free on most sources. Estimates use current customer prices.
