What this workflow does

When RankWell publishes an article, AIMEE writes a short local post with a call to action and the link, and it goes live on your Google Business Profile after you approve.

Why it works. Fresh posts keep a Business Profile active, and reusing articles you already published costs nothing.

Each post waits for your approval because it is public.

How it works

It starts: When an article is published to WordPress, or run on an article.

  1. 1

    Write a short local post

AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.

  2. 2

Publish the post after you approve Waits for your OK

Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow. It waits for your approval first.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • RankWell in your BrandWell plan
  • Your Google Business Profile

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Assumes RankWell is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

Free sources run first when they can answer. You see a price before anything paid runs. Estimates use current customer prices.
