Keep customers and open deals out of prospect mailings
When someone joins a prospect mailing audience, it checks whether they are a current customer or have an open deal.

The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
When someone joins a prospect mailing audience, it checks whether they are a current customer or have an open deal. If so, it cancels any queued prospect postcard and takes them off the list.
Why it works. Sending a "nice to meet you" card to a customer or an active buyer wastes money and makes your team look out of sync.
Nothing is sent. Postcards are only cancelled.
How it works
It starts: When someone joins your prospect mailing audience, or when a mailing prospect matches a CRM deal.
- 1
A current customer?
If yes, it goes on to "Cancel any queued prospect postcard". If no, it goes on to "Has an open deal?".
- 2
Has an open deal?
If yes, it goes on to "Cancel any queued prospect postcard". If no, it stops for that person.
- 3
Cancel any queued prospect postcard
Cancels the postcard before it mails.
- 4
Take them off the prospect list
Removes the people from the audience.
- 5
Note why
Saves what was found onto the record.

What it costs
Each postcard is personalized, printed and mailed, and charged only when it ships.
- Assumes Direct Mail is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
- Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.
