What this workflow does

Every week, for each account with an open deal, BrandWell finds up to three more decision makers, verifies their emails, has AIMEE research them and enrolls them after you approve. The deal owner is told to loop in the champion.

Why it works. Deals with several engaged stakeholders close more often and survive a champion leaving.

Enrollment waits for your approval.

How it works

It starts: Every Monday at 9:00 AM, for each open deal account, or when a deal moves to a later stage.

  1. 1

Find up to 3 more decision makers

Finds the right people at each company.

  2. 2

Find and verify their work emails

Fills a missing work email, trying included data first and paid sources only to fill the rest.

  3. 3

    AIMEE researches each new stakeholder

AIMEE researches the company or person and returns what she found.

  4. 4

Enroll them after you approve Waits for your OK

Adds eligible contacts to your Outreach campaign, after your approval when it is required.

  5. 5

Tell the owner to loop in the champion

Creates a follow-up task for the right person.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • Outreach in your BrandWell plan
  • AIMEE in your BrandWell plan
  • Your CRM
  • An Outreach campaign
  • Open deals in your CRM

What it costs

Lead Database contacts are included on the all-in-one, Lead Database and MarketPulse Growth and Scale plans. Without one they are $0.02 each from your Workflow Wallet.

  • Assumes Outreach is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
  • Assumes AIMEE is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
  • The lower estimate applies with the unlimited Lead Database. Included data remains subject to the applicable plan allowance and fair use.
  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$0.11 typical per 100 emails found with the unlimited Lead Database, up to $1.25

$0.16 otherwise, per 100 emails found, up to $1.30

Priced for one person per company. Each extra person typically adds under $0.01 per 100 emails found, and up to $2.00 if the Lead Database supplies every contact.

Free sources and LeadFuze data run first. Paid lookups only fill the rest, and misses are free on most sources. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
