What this workflow does

When TrafficID identifies a visitor who fits your ICP and has a mailing address, it waits two days. If they have not filled out a form or booked a meeting, AIMEE writes a line from the pages they read and a postcard mails after you approve.

Why it works. Most good-fit visitors leave without a form, and a card that speaks to what they read brings them back without feeling like tracking.

Postcards wait for your approval.

How it works

It starts: When TrafficID identifies a visitor, or when an identified visitor comes back.

  1. 1

    Fits your ICP?

If yes, it goes on to "Has a mailing address?". If no, it stops for that person.

  2. 2

    Has a mailing address?

If yes, it goes on to "Give them two days to convert". If no, it stops for that person.

  3. 3

Give them two days to convert

Waits for the time you set before the next step.

  4. 4

    Filled out a form?

If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Booked a meeting?".

  5. 5

    Booked a meeting?

If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Mailed in the last 90 days?".

  6. 6

Mailed in the last 90 days?

If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Pick the hook from what they read".

  7. 7

Pick the hook from what they read

AIMEE researches the company or person and returns what she found.

  8. 8

Mail after you approve Waits for your OK

AIMEE personalizes a postcard, which is printed and mailed. It waits for your approval first.
