What this workflow does

Scores every identified visitor on fit, high-intent pages and topic research, has AIMEE write a one-line reason, and alerts the owner when a visitor crosses your hot line. Visitors outside your ICP are marked low priority.

Why it works. Most visitors never buy, so ranking them by fit and intent sends your team to the few who will.

Nothing is sent outside your team, so nothing waits for approval.

How it works

It starts: When TrafficID identifies a visitor, or when a known visitor returns.

  1. 1

    Fits your ICP?

If yes, it goes on to "Viewed a high-intent page?". If no, it goes on to "Mark as low priority".

  2. 2

    Viewed a high-intent page?

If yes, it goes on to "Add points for the page". If no, it goes on to "Also researching your topic?".

  3. 3

    Mark as low priority

Saves what was found onto the record.

  4. 4

    Add points for the page

    Adds or removes score points.

  5. 5

    Also researching your topic?

If yes, it goes on to "Add points for research". If no, it goes on to "AIMEE qualifies and explains why".

  6. 6

    Add points for research

    Adds or removes score points.

  7. 7

    AIMEE qualifies and explains why

Checks whether the site visitor fits your ICP.

  8. 8

At or above your hot line?

If yes, it goes on to "Mark as high priority". If no, it stops for that person.

  9. 9

    Mark as high priority

Saves what was found onto the record.

  10. 10

    Alert the owner

AIMEE tells the right person, with the context they need.
