The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
When a reply is positive, the sequence stops and AIMEE drafts a reply with two times and your booking link. If no meeting is booked in three days, the owner gets a task.
Why it works. Answering a yes within minutes, with times already offered, removes the back-and-forth that loses meetings.
The reply waits for your approval.
How it works
It starts: When a contact replies.
- 1
Classify the reply
AIMEE classifies, extracts or writes using your instruction.
- 2
Positive or wants a meeting?
If yes, it goes on to "Stop the sequence". If no, it stops for that person.
- 3
Stop the sequence
Stops the sequence so no one is contacted twice.
- 4
Draft a reply with times and your link Waits for your OK
AIMEE writes the message and sends it only after the required approval.
- 5
Wait up to 3 days for a booking
Waits for an event, then continues. It moves on after a timeout.
- 6
Meeting booked?
If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Task: they said yes but have not booked".
- 7
Task: they said yes but have not booked
Creates a follow-up task for the right person.
