Follow up when a postcard brings a visit
When a postcard recipient visits your site, it checks the match is confident and that they have not replied, then enrolls them in a follow-up campaign that references the postcard and the page they read.

The workflow diagram
What this workflow does
When a postcard recipient visits your site, it checks the match is confident and that they have not replied, then enrolls them in a follow-up campaign that references the postcard and the page they read.
Why it works. A visit right after a postcard is the clearest sign it worked, and an email that same week connects the two touches.
Enrollment waits for your approval.
How it works
It starts: When a postcard recipient visits your site.
- 1
Confident match?
If yes, it goes on to "Replied in the last 30 days?". If no, it stops for that person.
- 2

If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Already in the follow-up campaign?".
- 3
Already in the follow-up campaign?
If yes, it stops for that person. If no, it goes on to "Enroll in the postcard follow-up".
