What this workflow does

Each week, checks your champions for job changes. When one moves, the owner is told, AIMEE finds their new work email and drafts a warm congratulations note that waits for your approval.

Why it works. A champion at a new company already trusts you, and the first weeks in a new role are when they pick their tools.

AIMEE's note waits for your approval.

How it works

It starts: Every Monday, for each champion, or run it now.

  1. 1

    Check for a job change

Runs a BrandWell data lookup and brings the result back into the workflow.

  2. 2

    Moved to a new company?

If yes, it goes on to "Record the move". If no, it stops for that person.

  3. 3

    Record the move

Saves what was found onto the record.

  4. 4

    Tell the owner

AIMEE tells the right person, with the context they need.

  5. 5

    Has a work email?

If yes, it goes on to "Verify before anything is sent". If no, it goes on to "Find the missing work email".

  6. 6

    Find the missing work email

Fills a missing work email, trying included data first and paid sources only to fill the rest.

  7. 7

    Email found?

If yes, it goes on to "Verify before anything is sent". If no, it stops for that person.

  8. 8

    Verify before anything is sent

Checks the email is deliverable before anything is sent. Free checks run first.

  9. 9

    Deliverable?

If yes, it goes on to "Congratulations note from AIMEE". If no, it stops for that person.

  10. 10

Congratulations note from AIMEE Waits for your OK

AIMEE writes the message and sends it only after the required approval.

What you need

  • Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
  • AIMEE in your BrandWell plan
  • An Outreach campaign
  • A list of champions

What it costs

Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.

  • Assumes AIMEE is already enabled in your plan. Subscription fees are separate.
  • Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.

$1.25 typical per 100 people checked, up to $18.01

Free sources and LeadFuze data run first. Paid lookups only fill the rest, and misses are free on most sources. Estimates use current customer prices.

Data partners

Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
