What this workflow does
Each week it re-checks CRM contacts that have not been refreshed in six months against LeadFuze and free sources, and writes any changed title, company or LinkedIn back to the CRM with a note.
Why it works. Contact details go stale every month as people change roles, and refreshing from included data keeps the CRM useful at no cost.
CRM updates happen automatically.
How it works
It starts: Every Sunday at 6:00 AM, or run on contacts you choose.
- 1
Not refreshed lately?
If yes, it goes on to "Refresh from LeadFuze and free sources". If no, it stops for that person.
- 2
Refresh from LeadFuze and free sources
Runs a BrandWell data job and returns the result.
- 3
Anything changed?
If yes, it goes on to "Update the CRM contact". If no, it stops for that person.
- 4
Update the CRM contact
Adds or updates the records in your CRM.
What you need
- Workflow Wallet funds for paid lookups
- Your CRM
- An audience
What it costs
Paid steps are charged per result from your Workflow Wallet, and you set the limit.
- Execution estimates are not a total campaign price. External tool subscriptions, model usage, advertising spend and delivery costs are separate unless explicitly itemized.
Free sources and LeadFuze data run first. Paid lookups only fill the rest, and misses are free on most sources. Estimates use current customer prices.
Data partners
Free sources run first, then the rest in the order this workflow tries them.
